Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

Welcome to Fleet Bridge Logistic. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://fleetbridgelogistic.com/ and the dispatch services we provide. By accessing our website or signing our Dispatch Agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Fleet Bridge Logistic provides professional truck dispatching services for owner-operators and trucking fleets. Our services include:

Finding and negotiating freight loads.

Managing carrier onboarding with brokers.

Handling paperwork, billing, and route optimization.

Consulting on market trends and fleet management.

2. Carrier Responsibilities

As a carrier partnering with Fleet Bridge Logistic, you represent and warrant that:

You possess a valid Motor Carrier (MC) Authority and DOT Number.

You maintain the required levels of Auto Liability and Cargo Insurance.

You will provide accurate documents, including W-9 forms and Certificates of Insurance (COI).

You are responsible for the safe operation of your equipment and compliance with all FMCSA regulations.

3. Dispatch Agreement & Fees

Service Fees: Our dispatch fees are either a fixed percentage of the gross load amount or a flat weekly rate, as specified in your signed Dispatch Agreement.

invoicing: Invoices for dispatch services are typically issued weekly or per load.

Payments: You agree to pay Fleet Bridge Logistic for services rendered regardless of whether you have been paid by the broker or factoring company, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Load Confirmations

Once a carrier accepts a load offered by Fleet Bridge Logistic, it is considered a binding commitment. Any “dry runs” or “tonu” (Truck Order Not Used) situations will be handled according to the specific broker’s policy, but Fleet Bridge Logistic must be notified immediately of any delays or cancellations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fleet Bridge Logistic acts as an agent to facilitate the movement of freight. We are not a motor carrier or a freight broker.

We are not responsible for any damage to cargo, vehicle accidents, or driver misconduct.

We are not liable for any loss of income due to truck breakdowns, weather delays, or broker payment defaults.

We do not guarantee a specific amount of weekly revenue, as market conditions fluctuate.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship at any time with written notice (email is acceptable). Upon termination, the carrier is still responsible for paying service fees for any loads booked by Fleet Bridge Logistic prior to the termination date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fleet Bridge Logistic website, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Fleet Bridge Logistic and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois (or the state where your business is registered), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
